“Justice, Adapted” is loosely inspired by the true history of Bloomington’s first female police officers. In the early ‘60s and before, some citizens did not believe women could serve on the force effectively. In this play, our heroine Colleen Hewitt goes to court against her city for the chance to live out her dream as a police woman.
